DIRECTIONS: From I-280, take the Navarre Ave./Route 2 exit and head East. Continue on Navarre Ave. just past St. Charles Mercy Hospital turn right onto Isaac Streets Drive.  You will pass the K-Mart on the left and Arbors of Oregon Nursing Home on the right.  The next drive turn right into the parking lot of the Medical Office Building.  Go to the center of the L-shape one story building which is the main entrance of the building and our suite is #122  straing ahead as you enter the building.
